Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is FREE with no minimum spend.
Orders are shipped by Australia Post and are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday -Friday to your chosen shipping address. Please note that we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped.  Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. You can also check your order status through our website at any time.

Approximate delivery times

Our stock stored in our warehouses located in Australia and Hong Kong. You can expect to receive your order via standard shipping within 5-7 working days,  8-14 working days for more remote areas. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If you have not received your order after 14 business days please contact us.

Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for your delivery.  If no one is home to sign for your parcel it will be delivered to the nearest post office.
