RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS (30-DAYS RETURN POLICY)
Item can be returned back to us for store credit which is valid for 30 days
Your items will need to be in their original condition, unopened, unused, in the original packaging.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage. We are happy to refund postage costs if the item arrives damaged in transit or sent due to our error.
As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we would like to offer assistance, in the rare instance that your order arrives damaged in transit, if there is a defect in the product only noticed upon opening the product, then it may be returned to us for a replacement, please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order. including cancellations. Please ensure that you select your product carefully and that you enter your shipping information correctly
Please check your fragrance or home scent orders carefully, as fragrances and home scents can NOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions. They are unable to be sent through the general post. We are happy to accept fragrance returns but it is your responsibility to organize and cover the cost of these.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
• A copy of your delivery note or your order number
• A return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
• Reason for return
